Integrative Coaches Retreat.
Three days of practice, expansion, and connection with Mac Ling and Natalie Goni, at the Shangri-La Chiang Mai. Nine places — trio coaching and 1:1 debriefs don't scale past that.
Overview
Coaching beyond words.
Three days in Chiang Mai for coaches who can feel the limits of the models they were trained in. The retreat works with meaning making, vertical development, and the practices that let you coach beyond words.
A small group, working closely, with room to think. It's built around real practice rather than lecture — closer to a working studio than a conference.
What's included
Everything built around your profile.
Your Harthill LDP
Your full Harthill Leadership Development Profile, completed before you arrive.
A 1:1 debrief
A one-on-one debrief on your profile with Mac or Natalie.
Two nights, Shangri-La
Two nights' stay at the Shangri-La Chiang Mai, plus two breakfasts, two lunches, and one group dinner.
What to expect
Real practice, in real time.
- Vertically developmental coaching. The frame, and what actually changes in practice.
- Your own LDP as live material, worked with directly in the room.
- Trio coaching practice, with feedback.
- Practices that move past the cognitive and into the body: movement, breath, sound.
- Space to contemplate, be, and connect with fellow practitioners working at the same edge.
Investment
7,500 HKD, all in.
Includes your full Harthill LDP and 1:1 debrief, two nights at the Shangri-La Chiang Mai (single occupancy), two breakfasts, two lunches, and one group dinner.

Your retreat guides
Held by two people who've done the work themselves.
Mac Ling is an executive coach, leadership consultant, and Accredited Master Executive Coach (AC) with over 2,000 hours guiding senior leaders across Asia-Pacific. Trained in Compassionate Inquiry, he brings a developmental and integral lens to his work, drawing on vertical development, shadow work, and the Harthill LDP to help leaders expand their capacity to hold complexity and meet the survival patterns that once served them and now quietly limit them. He facilitates the way he coaches, alongside rather than in front, holding a group with enough structure to feel safe and enough space for something real to emerge.
Natalie Claire Goni is an integrative coach, leadership practitioner, and Accredited Master Coach (AC) with over 20 years of experience working with leaders and teams across finance, technology, and professional services globally. She brings a relational, embodied, and developmental lens to her work, weaving vertical development, systems thinking, embodiment, and relating practices to support leaders in navigating complexity, uncertainty, and the deeper meaning-making that shapes how they lead in their life and work.
