In today's world, with the increasing pressure to be "more" or "better" than you already are (think about the constant reminders we're surrounded by that tell us to self-promote, self-perfect, and self-project) our true, core selves, with all of our good, bad, weird, and ugly, can feel diminished, discouraged, or even lost altogether. Living with radical authenticity means acknowledging these drains on our true selves and embracing our quirks and shortcomings alongside our strengths and achievements in order to live fully, freely, and with a sense of our own unique contributions to the world - both professionally and personally.
